The Official Start Date

We will aim for Monday, April 11th as the official start up date for the KAL to start. That way, it allows everyone to get their pattern and yarn.

I am using Brown Sheep Lambs Pride in the color Periwinkle. I purchased this yarn at Webs a few weeks ago, and after a false start knitting a week ago, I'm ready to sit down tonight, cast on and conquer the cables! Lisa had a few of her patterns knit up with this yarn as sample garments at the SPA weekend in Portland last month. The yarn has just the right amount of sheen in it to give good stitch definition. BS LP shows off the cables beautifully.
